Frank G. Pellegrino of 2050 Poco Farm Road, Williamsport, Pennsylvania is the Executive Vice President of PRIMUS Technologies Corp, Williamsport . He is CEO of Dice Surgical and Home Health, Williamsport.


Pellegrino graduated Magna Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration –Marketing and Pre-Law and an MSBA from Bucknell University with a degree in Finance.


He serves on the Board of Directors of his companies as Corporate Secretary for PRIMUS Technologies and as President of Dice Surgical and Home Health.


He serves on the Pennsylvania College of Technology’s PERKINS Planning and Participatory Committee and on the Bloomsburg University’s Industrial Advisory Council for the Electronics Engineering Technology Program. He is a member of the Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Northeastern Pennsylvania business advisory council and the Greater Williamsport Technology Futures.


Pellegrino is President of the Board of Directors of the Beatrice M. Eck Educational Endowment Fund of Lycoming County for the Diocese of Scranton. He is also a member of the Diocese of Scranton Strategic Task Force appointed by Bishop Joseph Martino.


Pellegrino is a member of the Williamsport-Lycoming Community Foundation and serves on the Foundations Marketing Committee.


Pellegrino is immediate Past President of the Williamsport Lions Club of 14-G and serves on its Affordable Hearing Aid, Membership and Fundraising Committees. He is a Pennsylvania Lion Fellow and a Melvin Jones Fellow named by Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF), in recognition of his commitment to serving the world community. Named after the Lions Club Founder, it is the foundation’s highest honor in recognition of commitment to humanitarian service.


Pellegrino is an active member of St. Boniface Church and in involved in the Activities Committee and serves on the finance council for the St. John Neumann Regional Academy.

Mr. Thorsen is a broker and consultant with The Hartman Group, a Pennsylvania-based employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage firm. His emphasis is on work with groups employing 100-15,000 employees with focus on health plan financing, employee benefits planning, and administrative outsourcing.

He has been a business consultant for over 7 years in the State College area. Mr. Thorsen has assisted many clients with understanding health plan options as they relate to underwriting and financing considerations. He has served on a consultancy basis to governmental units in supporting collective bargaining processes. He has been engaged to manage vendors for the benefit of integrating enrollment services and internal communication initiatives for multi-location/multi-state employers.

Recently Mr. Thorsen has become involved in the financing of executive benefits for community banks through the use of Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI) policies.

He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Economics and Business Administration. He is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Group Benefits Associate, Retirement Plans Associate, and Compensation Management Specialist as designated jointly by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Wharton School of Business University of Pennsylvania.

He is fellow of the International Society for Certified Employee Benefit Specialists and a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and Society for Human Resource Management.

President and CEO of Radiant Steel Products Company since 1983, besides running her business, Andree is heavily involved in community activities. She and her husband have seven children and nine grandchildren. 

In 1998 Ms. Phillips received the Lycoming Count Brotherhood USA award; the Chamber of Commerce named Radiant Steel the Small Business of the Year and the company was a national runner-up in the Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award. Mrs. Phillips was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award by the Williamsport/ Lycoming Chamber of Commerce in 2000, and in 2002 she received recognition from the Lycoming and Sullivan County School Districts for her contributions to the Performance Standards Consortium. In 2003 she was named one of Pennsylvania's 50 Best Women and was the recipient of the State of Israel Bonds Award. In 2005 she received the Williamsport/ Lycoming Arts Council Award for her efforts on behalf of the Arts. 

 

 

Allan Kaplan

Allen Kaplan is proud to be a native of the "port" and a graduate of PSU and Univ. of Cincinnati. 

He was a computer applications geologist for Phillips 66 Petroleum Company where he developed computer modeling of deep oil field reservoirs in the London, UK office. He was senior computer support engineer for 3-d plant design at Air Products and Chemicals in Allentown. He returned home to Williamsport for a better quality of life and started the computer mapping and Geographic Information System (GIS) division of the Lycoming County Planning Department and the Lycoming County Planning Commission for the last 12 years. 

As a member of the community Allen has not only promoted the sharing of County GIS knowledge, but is a volunteer fireman, EMT, disaster communications. Avocations include creating stoneware pottery and woodworking.

John Lee provides investment banking services to a wide range of commercial and industrial clients. He has extensive experience in providing merger and acquisition advisory services, private placements of debt and equity capital, and management buyout advisory services for middle market companies.

Prior to joining Griffin, John was a Principal with Horizon Partners Ltd., a private equity investment company that acquires middle market companies in leveraged buyout transactions. Previously he served as a Director with the investment banking division of Berwind Financial Group, L.P., where he was principally responsible for sourcing, initiating or managing over 35 investment banking transactions for middle market manufacturing, distribution, service and technology companies. During his tenure at Berwind, John also developed a Building Products Industry practice and was a featured speaker or co-chair at numerous conferences on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

John received an MBA from The College of William and Mary and a B.A. in Economics and English from Lehigh University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Philadelphia Chapter. 


 

 

Loren A. Schultz

 

 

Loren A. Schultz is an active entrepreneur who has been working with small technology businesses for the past thirty years. He has traveled extensively, evaluating and lecturing on small business programs. Founder of the Technology Center concept, an organized program for the development, growth and success of technology businesses, he established the first Technology Center in 1976 in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. In 1978 Technology Centers International, Inc. was formed and has helped establish over a dozen center programs including affiliations in Europe. Tenants and graduates of these centers for business development number over 1000 companies. Mr. Schultz co-authored The Ernst & Young Business Plan Guide, published by Wiley.

Mr. Schultz founded and has helped organize many companies. He was a founder, President and Chairman of Decision Data Computer Corporation from 1969-1976. He led Decision Data from a start-up company to revenues of over $40 million in five years and established a sales and service network throughout the major cities of the United States, Canada and Europe. This company manufactured a variety of data preparation and computer peripheral products.

From 1957-1969 Mr. Schultz worked with the Univac Division of Sperry Corporation in a number of technical and management positions including Chief Engineer and Plant Manager, Utica, NY and Chief Engineer, Advance Manufacturing Technology at the corporate headquarters. He also directed the Program Management activity and was responsible for a number of special product task forces. From 1951-1957 he held a variety of engineering and manufacturing positions with Engineering Research Associates in St. Paul, Minnesota which was acquired by Remington Rand and became part of Sperry Univac.
